Abstract:
The protein folding problem is one of the important open problems in science. Although it is easy to understand the significance of the problem, its relevance at QGM may not be so clear. In this talk I will explain the protein folding problem and how one might study it, and suggest why this particular problem may have a relevance at QGM. I will also present the work I have done during the last year as part of my PhD project.
